Exchanges – Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer the option of an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, according to the terms below.

Exchange Conditions

For an exchange to be accepted, the product must:

• be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• be in its original condition, showing no signs of use
• retain all of its tags
• be accompanied by the receipt or invoice of purchase

Exceptions

Sale items, which are sold at cost prices, are not accepted for exchange or return.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales[@]ritcclothing.com quoting your order number. We will inform you about the next steps.

[TO BE CONFIRMED: return shipping method — courier/post office, who bears the cost of sending the return (customer or shop), return shipping address]

Processing time

After receipt and inspection of the product, the exchange is completed within [X working days]. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your exchange has been processed.

Refunds

Ritcclothing e-shop does not issue refunds. Instead, we offer exchange with another product or size, according to the above terms.
