Our company places particular importance on explaining the terms governing the rights and obligations of the Ritcclothing e-shop towards everyone visiting its website. These terms inform you of your rights and obligations and help us serve you when you browse and purchase products from our store.

Order cancellation

The Ritcclothing e-shop provides an order cancellation option through your personal account menu. You may also request cancellation by emailing sales@ritcclothing.com. This option is available until we notify you that your order has been dispatched. After that point, cancellation is no longer possible.

Payment methods

For your convenience, the Ritcclothing e-shop offers the following payment methods:

1. Cash on delivery
2. Credit or debit card
3. Apple Pay / Google Pay
4. PayPal

You may choose a retail receipt or an invoice for your purchase. Invoices are issued to companies and self-employed professionals who provide their company name, VAT number, tax office and profession or business activity when placing their order.

Shipping method, delivery time and cost

Products will be sent to the address you provide, using the method you request or that we agree upon. Depending on the destination, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days, calculated from the day production of your order begins. Our products are prepared only to order, and production takes 5 to 15 working days. Timing also depends on product availability in our warehouse.

The Ritcclothing e-shop works with ACS Courier and the Box Now network. Orders are dispatched daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Shipping costs depend on the shipping method and destination and are always borne by the customer.

Product prices

Prices displayed beside each product in the relevant catalogues include an indicative VAT amount, which is calculated on the total value of your order at checkout. These prices apply to quantities available in our warehouse, and the Ritcclothing e-shop reserves the right to adjust prices.

For areas of Greece where reduced VAT rates apply, if you request an invoice, VAT is recalculated correctly at checkout through the store’s automatic system.

Other provisions

1. Age restriction: This website must not be used by minors under 18.
2. Force majeure: If circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or strikes, delay your order, you will be notified by email.
3. Liability: The Ritcclothing e-shop is not responsible for defects or poor quality in the products it supplies to customers. All products are received from suppliers in packaging. If a product in your delivery is demonstrably defective, you retain the right to return it.
4. Changes to these terms: The Ritcclothing e-shop reserves the right to amend or update its terms and conditions of sale. We undertake to update this text whenever a term is changed or added.
